It's rare I can't tune a car correctly and they beat me. The issue with this one was i was making far too much power, unwanted power. Too much air and boost not enough fuel. The bare minimum power I could get was 287hp, with zero duty on the n75 boost control valve. The customer got a local garage to fit an upgrade actuator and they thought it was a good idea to wind up the thread on the actuator arm to it's maximum limit!!
