And everywhere where there is a break in the sill plate, Some type of foundation Anchorage is required within 12 inches of either side of the break. Sometimes these anchors get put in in the wrong place. However, additional anchors can be added when this happens. A piece of wood laying over the seam is not sufficient. #h
