This day 11 years ago I taught my very first fitness class ! I was so excited/nervous that day, I actually broke the key when unlocking the front door to gym. The key was stuck in door and had to wait another 1/2 hour before could get in 🙂. Everything was rushed and I felt the class I ran that day was a disaster, however those that took part enjoyed it and gave me the confidence to stick with it.
