Stabbing attack on CTA Red Line platform leaves man, woman wounded
A man and a woman were stabbed Monday night during a fight on a CTA Red Line platform on Chicago's South Side.
According to FOX 32 Chicago, the suspect has been identified as Kendall Ross, 19. Police say Ross faces felony counts of aggravated battery of a transit passenger and robbery tied to the Oct. 12 attack near the 69th Street Red Line stop. He was arrested Tuesday in Oswego and is set to appear in court for a detention hearing on Wednesday.
In the Red line stop at 800 N State Street there is a Chicago themed vending machine. The machine features items like a toy CTA train, a CTA light up sign magnet, and other CTA themed goodies.

Chicago man charged months after Red Line robbery, police say
Chicago police say an 18-year-old man has been arrested and charged months after a robbery on a Loop CTA train.
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, officers were called to the 7500 block of North Paulina Street around 11:25 a.m. Monday. There, they found an unidentified 58-year-old woman unresponsive aboard the train, and she was pronounced dead shortly afterward. Police told the paper that Area 3 detectives are handling the investigation.
