The San Francisco 49ers' season came to an end in a 41-6 blowout loss to the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Divisional Round on Saturday.

Trips to the AFC and NFC Championship games will be on the line Saturday and Sunday as the NFL Playoffs continue with the Divisional Round.
