Chaos erupted as an apparent activist repeatedly interrupted Rep. James Comer's press conference about Clinton contempt proceedings in the Jeffrey Epstein probe.

The Clintons on Wednesday doubled down on their vow to fight back as Rep. James Comer and other congressional Republicans vowed to pursue contempt of Congress charges against the former president and former secretary of State over their defiance of subpoenas in the panel's Epstein investigation.

Lawyers for Bill and Hillary Clinton wrote a letter to Representative James R. Comer of Kentucky, the Republican chairman of the Oversight Committee, on why the couple would not testify in the House’s Jeffrey Epstein investigation.

There are numerous distractions taking headlines away from the Epstein files, but the investigations continue regardless.
